By accessing the northernpartypros.com website, requesting a quote, completing a booking, or using any services provided by Northern Party Pros (registered in Manitoba, Canada, operating from 94 Malmsbury Ave, Winnipeg, MB R2N 2V1), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this website or engage our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website and to engage our services. By confirming your age upon entry, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Northern Party Pros reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide proof of age upon request.

This age restriction reflects the themed nature of our entertainment services, not any gambling activity. No gambling of any kind is offered or facilitated by Northern Party Pros.

3. Nature of Services

Northern Party Pros provides casino-themed decoration, prop rental, and event styling services. Our services are strictly entertainment-based and include, but are not limited to:

• Rental of casino-style tables, props, and accessories (felt tables, chip sets, cards, roulette wheels, dice)
• Delivery, professional setup, and teardown of hired equipment
• Event coordination and consultation services
• Custom branded prop fabrication (e.g., customised chip sets)
• Fun money token creation and distribution packages

Northern Party Pros is not a gambling operator and does not offer, facilitate, or permit any form of real-money wagering. All chip sets and tokens are props with no monetary value. The Company operates in full compliance with all applicable Manitoba and Canadian laws.

4. Bookings and Agreements

All bookings are subject to a separate Service Agreement signed by both parties. The booking process is as follows:

• A quote request is submitted via the website contact form, phone, or email.
• Northern Party Pros provides a written proposal outlining services, pricing, and availability.
• The client accepts the proposal and signs the Service Agreement.
• A deposit as specified in the Service Agreement (typically 25% of the total invoice) is paid to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 business days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A booking is not confirmed until the signed Service Agreement and deposit payment have been received by Northern Party Pros. We reserve the right to release tentatively held dates if a deposit is not received within 5 business days of quote acceptance.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@northernpartypros.com or in writing to 94 Malmsbury Ave, Winnipeg, MB R2N 2V1, Canada. The following cancellation terms apply:

• More than 14 days before the event: Deposit forfeited; no further charges apply.
• 7–14 days before the event: 50% of the total invoice is due.
• Less than 7 days before the event: 100% of the total invoice is due.
• Within 72 hours of the event: 100% of the total invoice is due; no exceptions.

Northern Party Pros strongly recommends that clients obtain event cancellation insurance for large events. In the event that Northern Party Pros must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), clients will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit, or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

6. Equipment and Damage

All equipment remains the property of Northern Party Pros at all times. The client is responsible for the safekeeping of all hired equipment from the time of delivery until collection. Clients must:

• Ensure the event space is accessible, secure, and suitable for the equipment.
• Not allow equipment to be moved, disassembled, or altered without our written consent.
• Take reasonable precautions to prevent damage, theft, or loss.
• Immediately notify Northern Party Pros of any damage or equipment failure during the hire period.

Normal incidental wear is not chargeable. Damage beyond normal wear, deliberate misuse, or equipment loss will result in repair or replacement charges as documented in the Service Agreement. Our team inspects all equipment at delivery and collection. Any discrepancies will be noted and may result in a damage charge.

7. Liability

Northern Party Pros carries commercial general liability insurance. However, the Company's liability to any client is limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking in question. Northern Party Pros is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses or damages.
• Events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or government-mandated restrictions.
• Injuries or property damage arising from the actions of event guests or third parties at the event.
• Any failure by the client or venue to provide adequate space, power, or access for setup.

The client indemnifies Northern Party Pros against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from the client's or their guests' use of the hired equipment in an unsafe or improper manner.

8. Website Use

You may use the northernpartypros.com website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this website in any way that violates applicable local, provincial, national, or international laws or regulations, or to transmit any unsolicited communications. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Northern Party Pros and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
